Cindy
Ussery, CPAM, CCAM, President:
Cindy Ussery, CPAM, CCAM, is founder and President of Reimbursement Associates
(RA), headquartered in Orland, California. She is one of six individuals in the
country achieving dual professional certification in healthcare receivables
management (inpatient and outpatient) from the American Association of
Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) in Washington, D.C. Cindy is a
State Registered Counselor with the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy
Program of the Area Agency on Aging for the State of California. She also
serves as consultant to professional associations and government agencies
throughout the United States (such as the California Pharmacy Association,
Departments of Health and Human Services, the National Home Infusion
Association, and more). With twenty-two years of experience in health care
receivables management (fifteen years devoted to the drug infusion therapy
industry), Cindy is frequently invited to speak to national audiences and her
publications are regularly featured in national healthcare trade magazines.
Cindy manages the day-to-day operations of the Company and is the author of
RA’s "Reimbursement Advantage" newsletter.
Guy L Ussery, Director of Operations
Guy
brings strong customer service skills to our team having been the recipient of
several national customer service awards for excellence in the auto industry
prior to joining our staff. Guy is
responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining our physical
facilities, purchasing and payables, and oversees company receivables. Tenure with the Company: twelve (plus) years.
